hi am trying to download Hull City AFC logo embroidery design and when i do the color they should come out there not they are blue when i put them on the stick but the hus is the right one so i don't no what am doing wrong can some one let me know the hull city should be orange and black and hull fc should be gold white and black thanks

Every embroidery design have color chart. just need choose jpg and pdf format in Order download page.  After that you can see correct order list.

Thank for sending my order but they are zip and I'm not sure how to unzip them so I can not use them is there a way that you could showe me in a very simple way as I'm not much good on this think

A year ago I ordered a batman logo for my sewing machine, Bernina artista. It takes an  ART format to download to the embroidery machine.  I have never been able to download this, can you resend it or send me a disc? I took my computer to the shop and he wasn\'t able to download either and said my computer was working correctly. thank you

Please  write your embroidery machine type. Some machines need special software. Also you check hoop size? Please  advice  -where  you  can  get  error  message.  Please  attach screenshot with error message.

Just bought a design i need the PES file, I have PE-Design Next and when I try to download into PE Design next it tells me "Error; unexpected file format." it gives me this error when i download from website, when i download as zip, and when I download through the email, and yes i am downloading the pes version
