  2. Thanks for responding. Sounds as though my resize is too small - guess I didn"t pay attention to the size when purchased. So guess unable to make smaller for hat. I appreciate your taking the time to write me back. Look forward to future purchases from you.
  3. Hi, I was wondering if I could get my machine embroidery design sideways. I have a 5 x 7 hoop and if I can have it sideways I can make it full size. As it is now, I have to reduce it to 90%. Thanks for any help you can provide.
  4. I set my software to Default and under 1, I put automatic. It still froze up bringing in a .dst file. I then set in Video card setting it to Enable Anti-aliasing (no) The Renderer was grayed out. 3 was set to manual, maximum (3) Still froze up. Next will be Enable Anti-aliasing (yes) and (automatic) for the acceleration THAT WORKED! I guess I will try out a few more machine embroidery designs, but at least it didn't freeze up. I'm running XP, I can't find the information on the video card yet (I'm not a geek), but I do have dual monitors hooked up to the same computer. Hope this helps
  5. Have already sent info to Sierra support .I can open the same design in ERA and the program does not freeze up, it's just in Sierra Embroidery office 11. Thanks for your input,
  6. Now when I try to open up a .DST file, I get the message "Sierra Embroidery Office 11e has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Then... it doesn't close down.
  7. I've been having problems with the Sierra 11 version. Just a simple opening up of a .dst file will cause it to freeze up and all I get is a small cross-hatch cursor, so I cannot even close out of the program. I use Ctrl+Alt+Delete to close the program down. When I do get a file to open, (a .DSG I cannot get it to sew out in 3D. Does anyone else have these problems? Thanks for any input.
  8. hi i want to purchase the one in a minion design and your cart wont let me check out . please can you invoice me and email the file ?
  9. I have purchased many of your Tatty Teddy bear patterns. I used them to create a story book for my niece, which turned out very nicely. I have a new child coming into the family, and would like to do the same thing with the "Cottonsocks" lamb character. However, you do not have multiple poses and activity patterns for that character. Do you think you can make some for Cottonsocks embroidery design ? I will buy them if you can. The bear has some opening presents, holding and umbrella, hugging a heart, sleeping with a blanket, laying on pillows. All that kind of thing would be grand if you can make them. Please let me know.
  10. Hi I'm from South Africa. I need help regarding 3d embroidery with the foam. I need advice on my Pull comp settings and density to do the embroidery on the foam. Also on how to or if to use an underlay. I understand that its necessary to close all the edges, but mine looks horrific. Any advice will be much appreciated.
