I ordered this embroidery design, but I see I got 2 separate orders. I only wanted the one design but I was having trouble with the credit card information needed. I would appreciate you crediting my account for $7.00. There was no reason for me to order 2 of the same design. Thank you for your cooperation.
I tried to order the Chelsea logo, but had trouble completing my order with my VISA card through my credit union. I have ordered designs from you in the past and had no trouble. I tried a second time to complete my order without success so I decided to wait until my husband came home to help me. When I went online again it looks like I placed two orders for the same design, but I am unable to determine how to download it. What do I need to do and can you please give me a credit for the second order? Thank-you. Sincerely,
