Im using Pulse 14. How do I create multi layer embroidery for stock fonts. I have two examples attached. The #71 is incorrect and the #90 is correct. I want the #71 to look like the #90 .dst file wise. How do I do that? Please help, thank you.

8-HEAD MACHINE STOPPED RESPONDING AFTER PROGRAMMED STOP, TURNED THE MACHINE OFF AND WOULD NOT STOP BEEPING AND WOULD NOT START UP. TURNED IT OFF FOR A FEW MINS, IT CONTINUED TO BEEP---PRESSED THE EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON AND IT TURNED ON AND STOPPED BEEPING. NOW GETTING A 2C1 ERROR CODE AND THERE IS AN ARROW DISPLAYED WHERE THE NEEDLE NUMBER IS SUPPOSE TO BE. THE MACHINE WILL NOT RUN ANY DESIGN AND I CANNOT CHANGE MY NEEDLE NUMBER. MODEL: TAJIMA TFHX-IIC1508 - 8 HEAD ANY SUGGESTIONS??? MACHNE NOT WORKING--NEED HELP!!!

Quick question. We are running Pulse V14 and switched the settings to inches from mm. The settings won't stay. Is there a way to get those settings to stay?
