Help! This poppy is gorgeous, but slightly too large for my biggest hoop. When I re-size (smaller) in PE Design 2 the stitch count increases. What am I doing wrong?

What size you need? Maximum resize +-20-25%.

Hi there, sorry missed your reply. My largest hoop is 180 x 300 mm.
