I am using Tajima Pulse Illustrator Extreme 14, also have 9. I need to do a gradient fill. Could use some help.

Iv had the same problem trying to do that! however the illustrator version of this program will not allow it for some reason. In the book it shows you how to do it and in the help menu as well, i talked to a tech and they said with the illustrator one its not possible! ( sounds like a task for some developers to start working on and have an update)  So I end up having to do it by hand, not very fun and also time consuming. There is lots about the illustrator version I dint like but there is some good things too.

I had the same outcome, I ended up doing it by hand. Of course there is a more expensive version that can be purchased to do this. I am finding that this program does a lot more that what the average person (me) needs, and does less than my other software does (Melco Design Shop).

I just did the upgrade on 14 and they have this cool new tool called Variable Density  alowing you to apply density to more than one bead in a segment. do the upgrade then watch the video

I just did the upgrade and watched the video. Looks great, except I don't show the "Variable Density" icon in my path tool bar. Did I miss something?
