Putting Machine stop in design

I've got a Tajima TEHX-C1501 and just started experimenting with 3D Puff and can not for the life of me figure out how to put a machine stop in the design. I need the machine to stop between the outline and the fill and then pick up on the fill stitch when I hit start. Currently I've got to watch the design and hit stop when it goes to color change and that's just a waste of time.

 

I also have a Barudan BEXY if anyone knows how to do the same thing there.
