How Do I Get User Settings To Stay

Quick question. We are running Pulse V14 and switched the settings to inches from mm. The settings won't  stay. Is there a way to get those settings to stay?

Did you try closing out Pulse after applying  setting, then reopening?

 

I know I have to do that in DG16 for it to update my user environment etc.
