I am wondering if anyone can answer some questions about using Librarian? When I save a embroidery design, what are the “user string #1-5 for? If I type in notes, then pull up a design, how do I access the notes?

The User Strings are places that you can store any information you like.  You can also use these fields when searching for designs.  For example, you can use User String #1 for a clients phone number.  This will allow you to search for designs  by the phone number.

To view the notes and other information, you can select Librarian-Design Properties.
