I have a embroidery logo that consistently has looping problems. It's a long skinny triangle. Does that make a difference? How can I fix it so that there aren't any loops?

Loops are nothing more than incomplete stitches. The cause is: Too much density, overlap density, too small of a needle (not making a large enough hole) for the material or thread, needle deflection and sometimes too loose top tension.
