How can I install PREMIER+2 Embroidery(offline, unlimited) to my PC (no internet)? I have an activation code, no license file.

Hi there, I'm having trouble installing software of PREMIER+™ 2 Embroidery. 
I installed limited software, not full  (only File, Home, Wizard, View, Help)
I have a PC, also no internet in workshop, lost USB Dongle, cd, dvd etc.
I want to install it (unlimited software) on a PC without internet and maybe in the future more PC without internet.
I sent a picture about trouble.
Please take a look attached picture. (CONFIGURE->ACTIVATE-->OFFLINE ACTIVATION-->LOCKING CODE, BROWSE (FOR LICENSE FILE))
5st(BROWSE (LICENSE FILE)) :  I need LICENSE FILE,  
I have an activation code for unlimited.
How can I create my LICENSE FILE with my activation code.
What type of file is it?
Do you have a licence file for example?
Coud you please tell me type of file and content?
Where will I write my activation code in the file content? 
If you have a license file, please write to me whare I will write my activation code in the file. [email protected]
I wrote my activation code in notepad file (*.txt), an error occurred.
Please help me.
