Love this design but am not able to download it... when I download the .pes format it (and any other format as well) It downloads as a .bin file that I cannot open.... any ideas why it does that?

Saintpati, I learned today that if you rename the file, then you should be able to open it. Just type the same name. There is something in the text they have that doesn't work on some of our computers.
