This file is larger than 14 inches.   Maybe this is why the file will not open?   It is beautiful.   Is it possible to reduce it?

Sehr schön aber leider zu groß habe nur 16x26

Cute -aber zu  groß ich kann mur 20cm x 20  machen

 

WOW this would make a great Christmas tree decoration once it is stiffened up or the skirt for the angel a few sewn together
