✨ Create a soft, cuddly bunny with this beginner-friendly sewing guide!
📌 Important Notes Before You Start
No seam allowances included in the pattern! ➤ Add your preferred seam allowance (typically 0.5 cm–1 cm) when cutting your fabric.
Use soft fleece, minky, or plush fabric for a cuddly finish.
Always cut the number of pieces listed on each pattern part.
🐰 What You’ll Need:
Printed pattern (enlarged to desired size)
Fabric (plush, fleece, or soft cotton)
Stuffing (polyester fiberfill)
Matching thread
Pins or clips
Fabric marker or chalk
Sewing machine (or needle for hand sewing)
Optional: Embroidery floss or felt for face details
✂️ Step 1: Cut the Fabric Pieces
Using the pattern:
Foot pillow – 1 piece (cut on fold)
Paw pillow – 2 pieces
Paw detail – 1 piece
Paw sub-details (toes) – 6 pieces
Nose pillow – 1 piece
Don’t forget to add seam allowances!
📍 Step 2: Prepare the Paw Pad
Position the 6 sub-detail toe pads on the Paw detail piece, using the dashed ovals as placement guides.
Sew each one in place using a tight zigzag stitch or by hand with a ladder stitch for an invisible seam.
🧷 Step 3: Assemble the Paw
Place the Paw detail on one of the Paw pillow pieces and stitch it down securely.
Place the second Paw pillow piece right sides together with the first.
Stitch around the edge, leaving a small gap for turning.
Turn the paw inside out and stuff firmly.
Stitch the opening closed by hand.
🧵 Step 4: Sew the Nose Pillow
Fold the Nose pillow piece in half or use two layers if desired for volume.
Stitch around the edge, leave an opening.
Turn, stuff, and close the opening.
🐾 Step 5: Make the Main Foot Pillow
Fold the Foot pillow piece in half as indicated (if cut on fold).
Place the finished Paw and Nose pillows inside the main pillow area where you’d like them to be visible.
Pin in place if needed.
Sew around the edge of the foot pillow, leaving a large opening.
Turn right side out, stuff fully, and hand-sew the opening shut.
🌟 Optional Embellishments
Add a face with embroidered eyes, nose, or felt details.
Add a hanging loop or bow for decoration.
Stitch extra lines for finger definition.
