diana47 0 Posted January 10, 2015 Share Posted January 10, 2015 All my embroidery designs were in what was called ngs.documents. I was able to transfer the design to my machine that way. About 2 weeks ago they all changed to word. I don't have a word program on my laptop, How do I get them back to the ngs.documents? Any information would be helpful. You gave me the idea of deleting the program thank you. Now one more question I now have a Elna experience 8300. diver361 6,474 Posted January 11, 2015 Share Posted January 11, 2015 Supported File format is *.JEF When you download or buy embroidery designs, make sure to acquire a salable file format such as PES or better, one of the formats that is used by design software to store all the data used to create a design. Formats that only include stitches like JEF can't get edited easily !
