My brother PE 770 is locked up

My brother PES770 is locked up. I have re-threaded the top. I have taken apart the bobbin area and made sure there was nothing there. I have reinserted the Bobbin and I have replaced the needle. I have also unplugged it and restarted it and it’s still locked up, I guess I just need to take it for servicing.  it locked up after it made the grinding noise and I followed all the directions that the brother site said to do for that sound. Do you know of anything else that needs to be done?
