Tips for Designing and Digitizing Complex Machine Embroidery Patterns

Hi everyone,

I’m diving into the world of machine embroidery and have a question about designing custom patterns. I’m using a Brother PE800 and want to create a unique design that blends intricate floral patterns with geometric elements.

What’s the best software for designing and digitizing such complex patterns?

Also, any tips on ensuring the design stitches out cleanly and avoids thread bunching?

I’ve heard mixed reviews about different programs and techniques, so any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.
