tajima tehx c1501 cutting issues

Hello

Had a tech in to check and still having issue

Our tajima tehx c1501 single head, After every cut the machine stops, checked , cleaned the knife behind the bobin and still happens.

Running a design right after the knife comes out to cut the thread the machine stops, I hear a buzzing noise and get the error 3A6 , I then hit clear have to switch of the main power, switch back on then move the needle bar to another number in order for it to proceed again....then once again it runs with the same issue.

Help....
