wide hat hoop problems pr100E

I have a brother pr1000e and have purchased a wide hat hoop. I have sewed my first hat on this and about 3/4 through the design the

machine got off of track and moved to the right. Nothing bumped against the machine so don't know why it would have done that.

Has anyone else has this problem?? what should I do??
