Skull and roses are so popular but most of them are either sugar skulls or biker style.  I've seen lots of examples on pinterest which I'm sharing here.  I think these would make fabulous designs if they were colorized.  Digitized in 6" x 6" or 7" x 11" sizes perhaps?

I absolutely LOVE the style of digitizing below because they are beautifully shaded without such heavy density of stitching which is perfect for leather. I seldom use or purchase designs with outline stitching.

Could you quote an estimate to digitize, adding color and shading to one or any of the designs referenced in previous photos and in the styles of the floral designs which I also referred to earlier? I would not want the "watercolor stained" background shown in the last image nor any black lines around shapes. I understand there is vectorizing involved so a basic quess of what digitizing and vectorizing would cost for each.
