Not able to download design to iOS device/iPhone

I am not able to download designs to either my iPhone or iPad.  I can do this from other pages by opening the file in Safari then saving to DropBox.  When I try to this on your site I get an error message "Something went wrong.  Please try again. Error Cod 2S119/1".

 

Is there a way to save these files to Dropbox?  I'm often away from my desktop and only able to use my iPhone or iPad.
