hello . can somebody help me. im new in embroidery,just now buy new brother 955 embroidery machine. when i try to embroider on a my t shirt i have issues with braking upper thread and bending needle. i try change thread tension up and down. change needless and nothing better. thanks for help

Please check lower thread tension. Usually this is standard problem. Please look this post

no its sew not puff threads looks normal. maybe I can't choose needless or something. because some time its sew fine,some not.
