I think I figured it out.  My computer states desloadr.exe file is missing in my computer.  I'm working on that. 

 

Thank you for all the wonderful free files.  It's a great site.

    If there is no program on your computer, it means that the problem is not in the file format. What embroidery program do you have?
    We do not send files by email. We have many users and this is not real.

    I use .exp for Bernina.  I think the problem is in my computer.  I'm working on downloading Wilcom Truesizer.  I believe that I need the program to recognize the file.
