linear rail trouble with Tajima THFX embroidery machine

Hi , I have a problem with my Tajima THFX embroidery machine - 15 needles - 6 heads , I recently replace the rail linear and now my color change is jamming do to adjustment , there is no instruction on the Tajima manual to this technical part of the machine . Can you help me please .
