I have an Expert 850 ESP. Need a training manual and some questions answered.

Need all the manuals for this machine.  Wasn't given any.  They said they were all online.  Not such good news.  They have to be out there somewhere.  I will even pay for them!!!!  Also am stuck on a page that says embroidery pause and I can't get out of it.  So frustrating.  Is there anyone out there that would walk me thru a few things and be my mentor?  I wouldn't bug you to dead.  I like to find my own answers.............but sometimes it just takes experience.  Thanks so much!!!!
