Does anyone know of a collection of embroidery designs that are in outline files instead of stitch files? I am familiar with Dakota and Great Notions but both are only stitch files. Does a collection exist?

Hello. This is a weird request. I'm looking for an african violet design. I found the perfect one at Dakota but it is a .dst and can't be resized. I need it to be nearly half the size of the one from Dakota and I've tried every way I can think of the reduce size and thread count. Countless hours on the web have netted nothing, no other design that's even close and I'm running out of time. If you know of a source for these designs or a way the shrink the one I have, I would relay, really appreciate it!
