Janyce Heflin
Thank you for your help, but if I use the merge stitch from the file menu the files aren't there, in ANY format. Or they are there but disappear when I click on the file. I can physically see the files in windows explorer. I normally use either DST or PES format. If I use drag and drop, Embrilliance tells me the file failed to open properly. I tried to redownload, but got the same thing. I have not had this issue with ANY other files. diver361
Have you unzipped the archive? I downloaded the files, archived the archive to a separate folder and opened the file in the Embird program without any problems. 1 Quote Link to comment
Janyce Heflin
I have done the same. The only difference is that I am using Embrilliance software. I have never had this problem before. Very confused. The preview doesn't even show up in Embrilliance. Quote Link to comment

Janyce Heflin
I did try to rename one of the files tired to load the DST/PES file, but that didn't work either. Quote Link to comment
diver361
Try moving the file to another location on your hard drive and give the file a short name. Exclude special characters. Try free software for open it. Quote Link to comment
