Our activity unfolds in Europe and we imported a CTF 1201 Feiya embroidery machine from China. I explicitly asked for the beads embroidery device and for the cord embroidery device, as they are optional to order. However they only sent the cord embroidery attachment without the beads device. They also sent me a big Shengtian oil-free air compressor with the capacity of 30L and 8bar pressure. The problem is that I have no idea what it's used for. Do you need an air compressor to embroider with cord? Or is it only necessary for embroidering with beads? I've been trying to communicate with their support person, however they haven't been too helpful so far. Hopefully, some of you might have the knowledge to help me out.
