I have purchased the Oklahoma City Thunder logo embroidery design for $5.00, but I can't get my computer to open it because it's a grade C
project. My computer says it will only open Grade A or B. Now what do I do??? Please help!

In our store available only Grade C and D. This is normally because we not using Bernina embroidery software. We using only professional version same as Tajima Pulse, Wilcom and Sierra Embroidery Office. Finished embroidery designs convert to Art format. This is not native format.
