Embroidery community technical advice

I'm using some embroidery online store and have a nice patch designed. I've spent quite some time on it, but I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of these darn jump stitches between the letters in the outer border.

I can't find any information about removing jump stitches on embroidery library and I'm wondering if anyone knows a quick tip to get the software to insert a "trim" or "cut" or whatever command needs to be put between letters to cut the thread on the underside and start over on the next letter.

thanks!
