Silver CH01 Embroidery Machine Issue

Hi Everyone, 

I have recently purchased a Silver CH01 embroidery machine and am a novice when it comes to embroidery in general. I was in the middle of embroidering a design when my needle snapped (bent at the tip), I have tried multiple things and after breaking several more needles have discovered that the needle is catching on the inner rim of the hook.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue or alternatively how I can remove the outer casing to see the pull needle bar ? I have read elsewhere that tightening the screw for the needle bar may adjust the angle?

Have you read it's manual? if not then you should read that, furthermore i would suggest you to watch YouTube video or call email to manufacture of machine
