Can you create Orthodox icon Jesus hand in blessing position

I seem to be the only one asking for designs, but...there are no others who do such nice drawings as you are able to create.  

The hand is seen in many icons as a message of blessing.   I would like to have just the drawing or outline of this hand for a 5x7 size hoop.

I have really spent time looking for this but none are found.  I would like to put it on a shirt with the words Bless us all, which I am able to do.

Here are some pictures that show the hand in that position, I am sure you have seen it previously in Orthodox icons.
