Author comment: "I am working on my 1st split embroidery design. I tried to use Floriani. The file is so big, it will load in my floriani software but it is nonresponsive to do anything with the design. I am working on a dolphin from Igor Denisov. I am using my PE design software. I haven't use this software in ages and I have used it very little. I used the magic wizard to load the design and split the design. I just finished the 1st part. Magically, to me anyway the embroidery machine told me to place the sticker and then after the machine did it thing, I had to turn the hoop around. The first part took 340 minutes. I just did the 1st two colors. I just shut the machine down and will start again maybe tomorrow for the rest. Amazing!! Can't wait to this project is finished and see how it turns out. And to see how it lines up with the 1st part. Going to bed, morning comes to early for work."

Hello everyone, I am new to this software but I was wondering if any had the same issue that could help me out. I was exporting TAP files to my USB drive and all of a sudden no file gets exported, I have tried different USB drives, I have even tried exporting them to the hard drive in my computer and "nada, zero" the "this folder is empty" legend come up. I also tried setting it up for a default destination in "Connection manager setup" and did not work either. Any idea what the problem might be
