    I downloaded Swirl lily embroidery design for $2.99.... And on my computer to load it to my USB its only giving me one flower. I sent a picture of what I wanted and bought..and the second picture..is what it gave me..and its not what I ordered..what do I do now?? All the other 4 designs are good just the swirl lily isn't what I want

    Hi, I bought the Boston Bruins logo embroidery design from you, well I have tried several pieces of fabric but I keep getting it distorted, the fabric that I do my embroidery is Kona medium weight solid colours, can you please help me with this? Exactly what kind of stabilizer do you use and how many layers, My machine is a Brother quarto 6000d, thank you in advance for all your help.,

    I had bought the bud light embroidery pattern sometime ago. I had managed to get it open after some major trouble. I accidentally deleted it from my files today and cant for the life of me to get it opened again. Please help! I have a Brother se 400 pes format 4x4 hoop. Can you please send me an open attachment.
