ello Im fairly new to embroidery only getting my machine in November, i've purchased Embird and have PE design Plus. I was recently asked to embroider a small logo on the front of a few Tshirts, and then was asked to do the logo larger on the back. The smaller logo is fine with no registration issues, however the larger one the gold outline of the logo is partly fine but either side there is a massive gap from where it should be. Im using super strong cut away stabaliser. Here is a test stitch, but the logo has another 2 words and a image too My machine is a brother NV800e software Embird and PE design plus im using 160 x 260 mm hoop and the whole design is about 100 x 210 mm wide Any suggestions on how to solve this is greatly appreciated

i have a brother SE600 and just cannot seem to get purchased fonts into my machine. I purchase, download, unzip, copy the PES file to my flash drive then when i insert into machine it displays folders (side, middle letters) but cannot view any letters or open the folders. I have used all the monogram fonts that came on my machine and want a fancier monogram for granddaughter. Hope someone can tell me what I am doing wrong!
