Thank you, having a problem loading it into my machine, could it be because the hoop size reading is different from the stitch out size? thank you in advance for any tips

Please explian more about you problem. What embroideyr machine you have?

Beautiful design but not working in PES format

I’m also having trouble.  I was able to download to my computer,  transfer to usb, and bring up the color chart.  When I insert the usb, nothing is showing.  I have a Brother that uses PES.  I also have a Janome 15000 that uses JEF.   Help!  This is an absolutely beautiful design and have the perfect recipient!   Thanks, Susn

Try reloading designs. I think they loaded with an error.

I have,  but I’ll keep trying.  Really want to stitch this out
