Brother PE500 embroidery machine

I have a Brother PE500 embroidery machine  and seem to be unable to download the embroidery designs I ordered to the machine.  Can you assist me regarding this? I have tired all the formats for Brother machines that you have.  I have noticed that when I downloaded from imbroidery, those were in .pen format.  Any suggestions?  Thank you,

1. You choose PHC format this, mistake. You need choose PES format.

2. We red PES format via e-mail as attach.

5. Copy files to your memory card.
