I can't get it to come up. the download is in my downloads but when i transfer it to my machine it comes up blank no pictures, no info of any kind. i have downloaded and transferred and stitched many embroidery designs from various places, this is the only one I'm having trouble with. I even downloaded it a second time thinking the download messed up some how but the second download is just like the first, it doesn't work. Is there a trick to your downloads? please help asap!
