stitching came out wrong

Newbie here and wondering what's going on!

I have a new Ricoma 2001-8s and I have been embroidering quite a few things already to test it out. 

After embroidering my latest design I realised that something was wrong. The majority of the design came out fine. I used Hatch to auto-digitise this design. I've done it before and it came out fine. 

Any ideas what might have happened?

Creepy embroidery design in quality. Yes, this is what auto digitizing looks like. Neonyanto why the program chose the style of covering the tatami at one angle. And there should be a satin column.
