Replace multiple text into Wilcom file

Hi,
I have a requirement need to ask your advice. Could somebody tell me how to solve it

I have a csv file where I have a multiple name there. Each name will be on one line
I also have one wilcom file where I have a default name (for example MAMA)

Now I want to replace the default name by the name in csv. 
Are there any ways to do this automatically?
