Thread codes in PE design or Embird

The thread codes that come up when embroidery design is inserted into PE design or Embird do not coinside with any of my RA numbers. How does one substitute one color brand for another when one doesn't have the correct thread codes. RA poly and maderia are my primary thread collections.

Yes, you right embroidery design not contained right thread codes. Only numbers;, color 7, color 63, color 8 connected with software where created this machine embroidery design. For fix this problem EVERY embroidery design have color chart in jpg or pdf (Adobe Acrobat reader free software).  

Also  EVERY product have online Color Chart (button on design page)  more detail in our help

If this means that I only can download the patron for a patch, then I completely misunderstood. I can't make this, I'm not that handy. I expected to order the patch.
