I’ve tried to download a many number of your embroidery patterns and it continues to say, no file found.  I am NOT the only having this problem because it was on facebook I found your web site to begin with.  Many have the same problem as I’m experience.  You have beautiful patterns but I can’t afford to buy them if they’re not going to work.  If you can help me solve this problem, I’ll be more than happy to purchase patterns, if not, it’s ok.  But you do have many beautiful embroidery patterns.

Hi, I have just downloaded  your file mmbouq.pes but when I try to embroider same, the embroidery machine gives me a message ''This file cannot be used''. I am using a Brother Entrepreneure 6 Plus embroidery machine.

Please download and try DST format. All Brother machines understand it.
