I am having trouble uploading my purchase onto my embroidery machine. I download the zip file, extracted the file and transfer it to my brother PE 500 but no image appears. I have a 4x4 embroidery and my purchase is a 3.95 size. I'm not sure why it is not showing on my machine if you could help me figure out why the download is not working I'd greatly appreciate it.
