I received a laptop for Christmas that is compatible with my new embroidery machine.Janome Memory Craft 15000 Here is my problem. I did not save the designs I purchased from you as they were on my husbands computer and he got rid of all my embroidery stuff that he says clogged up his computer. You change embroidery machine and need another embroidery format? No problem, please back to Order History and download another embroidery format.
