Now the files work, but it only contains 2 layers of a blue circle. I tried sending one of original files to the embroidery machine and it was able to reed the files.  It would bee nice to be able to open them on the computer but it is not necessary if is hard to fix. Thanks.

We send details information aboit files. Also all brother machines understand DST format

I can print the embroidery design on my brother embroidery machine, there it work :-D. It is on the computer it do not work. :-( but because I print it anyway it is ok. FYI, this it what a get when I open the one I got on email:
