lone Posted December 31, 2013 Share Posted December 31, 2013 Hello I've recently ordered several embroidery designs from your website embroideres.com and have received confirmation from PayPal that my payment was successfully transferred to your e-mail but when I logged on to the website I received a message that I was authorized to download my designs, it then took me to another page telling me I was unauthorized to download. When I look at my order history it tells me all is fine and I should be able to download.Can you help? Quote Link to comment
