Using the activation code that was in the box went well and it confirmed that it had worked then installaled everything, but then I got the error message "Sentinel key not found (H0007)" (see attached image) and the installed software cannot be used. Check for Dongle (USB Security Key) If your version of Premier+ 2 came with a USB dongle, make sure: It is firmly plugged in. Try using a different USB port (preferably USB 2.0 if available). Try on another computer to verify the dongle is working. If you don’t have a dongle, your version might use software activation, and the issue could be driver-related. 2. Install / Repair Sentinel Driver This is the most common fix. Download the Sentinel HASP/LDK Runtime Installer from Thales (official vendor): Link (for reference): https://supportportal.thalesgroup.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0018320 (search: Sentinel LDK runtime installer) Choose the GUI version (haspdinst.exe) or the full Windows installer. Run it as Administrator. After installation: Reboot your computer. Then try launching Premier+ 2 again. 3. Check for Conflicting Software or Services Make sure the Sentinel Local License Manager service is running: Press Win + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter. Look for "Sentinel LDK License Manager" or similar. If not running, right-click > Start it. If not present at all, re-run the Sentinel installer from step 2. 4. Reinstall Premier+ 2 Software (if needed) If it still doesn’t work, uninstall the software fully. Reboot. Then reinstall Premier+ 2 and the Sentinel driver. 5. Firewall or Antivirus Blocking Sentinel Some antivirus programs or Windows Defender may block Sentinel services. Temporarily disable them or add exceptions for: hasplms.exe haspdinst.exe Still not working? Let me know: Whether you're using a dongle or software-based activation.
