I bought this design a few weeks ago and wanted to start using the design, but there is no instructions for me to follow, can anyone help with suppling them for me please. I have looked on the design information but they only give the colour chart.

You forgot to select the required format. In your order history, select the required format and click Save.

If you did not select an embroidery machine type when registering, the first time you open order history, you can't see links to designs.

If the order is paid or they are free machine embroidery designs, there are two reasons why there are no links to download.
1. You did not choose your embroidery machine. How to specify your type of your embroidery machine is what you can read here.
2. There are no compatible files for your machine type or hoop format. How to check the size of the design before buying, you can read here. If you know what format you need, you can download files without selecting an embroidery machine. Just choose the needed embroidery formats. How make it, How do I download entire my order?
