After the complete of the order, he informed me that the machine does not understand the file. As a result, we convert embroidery in DST format. And he uses the design. But this is not the solution. After that he (she) can be open your EMB file and save to any version this format, or convert yourself to another embroidery format (example DST or PES). You customers may made experiment and found which EMB format "understand" her embroidery machine.
