Good day

I;ve bought the ELna Envision 8007 Machine from a friend together with the Xchange Multi Access Converter. However now I've tried both a new Windows 8 & Windos Vista Computer, but it doesn't pick it up. Does this mean I wont be able to use this software, and then also wont be able to use my Machin for Embroidery?
